Burns & Farrey is seeking four (4) part time legal interns to research and write about emerging issues in litigation in New England. Interns will additionally assist in all stages of litigation with experienced attorneys and staff. Law school students with strong writing, research and communication skills are encouraged to apply. Hours are flexible and can be structured around the student’s classes.


The internship will begin as soon as possible for those qualified. The firm has two (2) legal intern positions available in our Worcester office and (2) legal intern positions available in our Boston office.


Burns & Farrey is an AV rated civil defense law firm with offices in Boston and Worcester, MA and Providence, RI. The firm has a 65-year history of providing litigation defense solutions to its national and international client base. We defend a broad range of cases including products, professional, liquor, premises, sexual assault, municipal, educational, institutional and auto liability. Our practice is diverse—in both the types of cases we defend and the clients we represent. The firm also provides coverage analyses, including the filing and prosecuting of declaratory judgment actions.
